What is CBT-I?
CBT-I is an abbreviation of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia— also known as CBT for sleep—for short.
CBT-I is the most effective treatment for chronic insomnia, with improvements in sleep that last for the long-term (Rossman, 2019).

But you don’t have to live in Stornoway or hop over to the Outer Hebrides in Scotland to find a sleep therapist near you. Appointments will of course be available in-person for those that are on the Isle of Lewis, but the majority of my work is carried out online as a web therapist.
Flexible, Online Therapy
CBT for sleep, stress and anxiety or chronic pain, is available via Zoom at a time that suits you. As sessions are online, they are much more flexible with evening and weekend appointments available.
