I hold a higher diploma in Hypno-CBT® from the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy (UKCHH) which is approved by the British Psychological Society.

I am a full member of the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists and a registered practitioner with The General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR), holding their widely recognised General Qualification in Hypnotherapy Practice (GHQP). I carry full professional indemnity and public liability insurance.

As well as running my own training and education consultancy for many years, I am also an author and award-winning publisher.

I have an MA in English and, as a qualified teacher, can also work with children or teens.

After working in education for over 20 years, I decided to retrain as a cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist.

I wanted to help people rediscover daily contentment, comfort and calm through powerful techniques to get better and live better.

I combine private practice with online workshops and webinars for schools, charities and workplaces.
